Community Forums
Each year, the Planning Council sponsors community forums that allow the Council to gather testimony from individuals infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS, providers of services to people living with HIV/AIDS, community members and advocates regarding the unique HIV/AIDS-related service needs of their communities. The testimony gathered at these forums represents an important tool for the Council to use in its strategic planning and priority-setting processes, as well as for others who are interested in HIV services in New York City.
