The Office of AIDS Policy Coordination is committed to ensuring that the New York Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) meets the intent of the amended Ryan White CARE Act of 2000. The "Applying Data: Work Session" continued to help the HIV Health and Human Services Planning Council of New York and its workgroups implement the vision of the Ryan White CARE Act to improve the health of those most impacted by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
